I contacted Mr. Hodyno via a personal recommendation; he aided me in finding help to solve a financial issue. He found me an attorney that was not only very close to my place of residence and business, but, in a profession that isn't necessarily known for its amenability and personal, human connection, Mr. Hodyno and the lawyer to whom he referred me were both very good people as well as consummate professionals. Thank you very much for your help!- Greg Keras

After careful consideration and a couple of years of struggle, we made the decision to contact an attorney to weigh the pros/cons of filing for a Chapter 7. We were very hesitant about the idea of filing for bankruptcy and totally dreading the whole process. I chose to contact Brant based on various reviews and his informative website. His fees are reasonable & from the time I contacted his office to picking up my final paperwork, Brant was great. He made himself available to us by phone, email, and in person through the entire process and was always very quick to get back to me. He was professional but also appropriately frank and forthright. He prepared us for possible difficult turns but assured us he would do everything he could to get us through with a Chapter 7 - and he did. He prepared us for the 341 meeting, calming our nerves and concerns with helpful information and encouragement. If you are trying to decide what you need to do and don't know where to turn, call Brant Hodyno. He will answer your questions honestly and will handle your case with skill and integrity.- Carol & Doug

I had unfortunately hired another attorney that had made mistake after mistake and after 2 years in bankruptcy, I was about to lose my home. Called a website on a Friday night and left a recorded message. Brant called first thing the next day (Saturday) and was kind enough to look up my case and put my mind at ease w my home. Met him Monday and he immediately worked w the mortgage company, to clear up the stupid mistakes the other attorney had made! I was able to save my home and hired Brant to complete my bankruptcy bc I had been in bankruptcy for over 2 years!!
Brant was compassionate and listened to all my concerns, he returned all my phone calls and put my mind at ease. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone that needs a great atty.

He goes above and beyond the norm for all his clients, something that is rare these days. If you are considering bankruptcy look no further, Brant is the most professional, caring Attorney who will put you at ease and does not do anything halfway.- June H

Brant Hodyno made this experience the best it could possibly be. During my time working with him I would say his communication was his best quality. I would email or text him on a Sunday at random hours whenever a question would pop into my head and I always received a response within a few a minutes. His second best quality is how knowledgeable he is when it comes to all types of financial questions and situations. I highly recommend Brant for any person who needs consolation and legal services.- Shyanne Calderon

Brant is one of the nicest and most helpful people I've ever met. I was homeless, living at a veterans shelter when we met at a veterans' "Stand Down" in Glendale, AZ. The reason for my struggles were a judgement that me and my wife couldn't afford to pay off and due to it we lost our driver's license and eventually my job as a heavy transport driver. Brant offer me and my family his services at no-cost (pro bono). At the time we were going to file for bankruptcy but after getting re-employed we decided to try and pay the judgement off. Thanks to Brant's status as an attorney and good negotiating skills we settle for less that we owed. Me and my family couldn't thank you enough, Brant. Thank You!!- Juan Guerra

Why Choose Compassionate Counsel?
-
Compassionate, honest, and loyal are probably not the three values that come to mind when you think of a typical attorney. We defy all stereotypes.
-
Just like our tailor-made strategies, our prices are flexible to fit your unique needs. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to fees.
-
We take the time to truly get to know our clients because we care about you. We’ll treat you like an individual, not just another case number.
