Client Testimonials

Allow Our Former Clients to Tell You What Sets Us Apart
"He's a really cool human being and I'm glad that there are lawyers out there like him!"
Looking into this kind of thing is really stressful and confusing but Brant totally took that all away. He took time out of his day to answer my questions, give me some tools and was super transparent about the process. He's a really cool human being and I'm glad that there are lawyers out there like him! Thanks again!
    - Anatta V.
    "I Would Recommend"
Just a quick review to indicate how satisfied I was with Brant Hodyno's services. He is very knowledgeable, professional, informative, and sympathetic with your current situation. He offered appointments that worked with my schedule. He kept me informed every step of the way. There were no surprises.
The hardest thing about this whole process was pronouncing his last name.
I would, and have, recommended Brant to others.
    - Betty
    "Couldn’t Ask for Better"
Brant was so helpful throughout the bankruptcy process. He got back to me quickly when I had questions and made sure I knew everything to do. He was always very understanding and kind. Would definitely recommend him!
    - Mallory
    "Truly Cares"
Brant Hodyno truly cares! You would be wise to have this man on your side. I could say so much, but how about some facts: 1. The first time I ever spoke to Brant on the phone; the length of the the call and the number of questions I had, were what other attorney's would consider a consultation and probably either charge you for or simply have you make an appointment for. Brant allowed me to exhaust all my questions and answered in kind. 2. Brant allowed me to make payments to him and in the meantime he kept the creditors / collectors at bay even though I had not signed a contract yet. 3. After many months (he never once pushed or badgered for me to file) I decided to not file after all and desperately needed money for a family emergency, Brant returned a large sum of money to me and said he wants to help in any way he can! He did! He cared about me even when he had nothing financial to gain! I don't know what more i can say other than, Brant, thank you, once again!
    - Mike Elrod
"Brant was really professional and guided me through my problem like a good friend."
I was able to resolve my problem the same day by consulting and taking this firm's advice, unlike other places they took the time to discuss options rather than push you to make a decision right then and there! Brant was really professional and guided me through my problem like a good friend would therefore I highly recommend this place !!
    - Edgar S.
    "The definition of compassionate counsel"
He spent 45 mins on the phone with me and helped me talk through my situation, even though he ended up pointing me in the direction of another attorney. That is truly the definition of “compassionate counsel.”
    - Fabio Encomendaro

Why Choose Compassionate Counsel?

  • Changing the Perception of Attorneys Along the Way
