"Compassionate Counsel is an excellent name—it describes them to a "T""
When I met Kris Childers I was a complete financial and emotional disaster. I had just been served with four lawsuits in a matter of two weeks. I was working with another company trying to repay my debts. Kris was reviewing their cases and came upon mine and called me. I was not open to the idea of bankruptcy. We spoke at length, and he finally got through to me, convincing me this would be the only "sane" solution to the burden I was carrying.
His kind and gentle manner in handling my case made this so much easier. He went out of his way to pick up and drop off paperwork for me to review and sign. He answered all of my questions repeatedly. I just could not believe that heavy a financial burden could be eliminated. I can't thank Kris enough for talking sense into me. Compassionate Counsel is an excellent name for this company. It describes them to a "T", and I would not hesitate for a second to recommend their services to others who need financial help and counseling. Thank you, Kris and Brandt

"I definitely recommend Compassionate Counsel"I've always thought that lawyers would be hard to work with, but Kris made it easy for me to understand every step of the process. He was available by e-mail or phone even when he was out on vacation. Being stressed out of not knowing what to do when you've gotten yourself in this situation of too much debt comes with the territory, but Kris understood me and my situation and assured me things will run smoothly. As long as you have all your paperwork, cross your Ts and dot your Is, then things will fall into place. I definitely recommend Compassionate Counsel and speak with Kristopher Childers or Brant Hodyno. They absolutely are compassionate. Their company name says it all!- R.M.

"Truly a compassionate lawyer"I found Brant through his great reviews and to be honest because his office was a mile away from me. But I'm definitely glad I did. He has been more than helpful for not only myself but my parents getting us through bankruptcy and credit card settlement issues. I'm thankful to have hired him and thankful for his patience when it comes to payments. He allowed my family and me to start a new and hopefully correct the errors of the past and come out stronger than ever.- Youri

"Great experience"I spoke in person with Brant Hodyno, he was personal, attentive non-judgemental, and above all very honest and yet kind, which was exactly what I need it
He told me that there was really not much he could do in my case due to my specific circumstances, but he gave me free advice about how to handle it, I follow it and the result was positive. Thank you very much you help me to save my house, God bless you Mr. Hodyno.- Marco -
"Skill & integrity"After careful consideration and a couple of years of struggle, we made the decision to contact an attorney to weigh the pros/cons of filing for a Chapter 7. We were very hesitant about the idea of filing for bankruptcy and totally dreading the whole process. I chose to contact Brant based on various reviews and his informative website. His fees are reasonable & from the time I contacted his office to picking up my final paperwork, Brant was great. He made himself available to us by phone, email, and in person through the entire process and was always very quick to get back to me. He was professional but also appropriately frank and forthright. He prepared us for possible difficult turns but assured us he would do everything he could to get us through with a Chapter 7 - and he did. He prepared us for the 341 meeting, calming our nerves and concerns with helpful information and encouragement. If you are trying to decide what you need to do and don't know where to turn, call Brant Hodyno. He will answer your questions honestly and will handle your case with skill and integrity.- Carol & Doug
