"Brant provided more helpful information in an on-the-spot free consultation than I received in weeks"This place really lives out the name - Compassionate Counsel. Brant provided more helpful information in an on-the-spot free consultation than I received in weeks of going back and forth with another law firm. Talking to Compassionate Counsel felt less like talking to a law firm and more like talking to a genuine person who cares. Highly recommend!- Lina B.

"Very supportive & professional"
We were in uncharted territory and needed an attorney to navigate a time sensitive issue. We tried to contact several law offices, the most personable and professional was Brant Hodyno. He gave us candid, practical advice on how to proceed.
We highly recommend Brant Hodyno for his supportive counsel and the quick and positive resolution of our issues.

"Creditor settlement negotiation"I came to Brant with 2 debts to be settled. One was in lawsuit and I had tried to settle on my own for less than they wanted without any success. Brant settled both within 2 days, for much less than the original amount. He fees are reasonable, and he knows his way around creditors, lawsuits, and collection agencies. I would highly recommend him for creditor settlement negotiations.- Anonymous

"Skill & integrity"After careful consideration and a couple of years of struggle, we made the decision to contact an attorney to weigh the pros/cons of filing for a Chapter 7. We were very hesitant about the idea of filing for bankruptcy and totally dreading the whole process. I chose to contact Brant based on various reviews and his informative website. His fees are reasonable & from the time I contacted his office to picking up my final paperwork, Brant was great. He made himself available to us by phone, email, and in person through the entire process and was always very quick to get back to me. He was professional but also appropriately frank and forthright. He prepared us for possible difficult turns but assured us he would do everything he could to get us through with a Chapter 7 - and he did. He prepared us for the 341 meeting, calming our nerves and concerns with helpful information and encouragement. If you are trying to decide what you need to do and don't know where to turn, call Brant Hodyno. He will answer your questions honestly and will handle your case with skill and integrity.- Carol & Doug

"Truly a compassionate lawyer"I found Brant through his great reviews and to be honest because his office was a mile away from me. But I'm definitely glad I did. He has been more than helpful for not only myself but my parents getting us through bankruptcy and credit card settlement issues. I'm thankful to have hired him and thankful for his patience when it comes to payments. He allowed my family and me to start a new and hopefully correct the errors of the past and come out stronger than ever.- Youri
