Allow Our Former Clients to Tell You What Sets Us Apart
    "Someone you can trust"

Brant Hodyno is definitely someone you can trust and he truly cares. When I contacted him about the possibility of filing Chapter 7, he provided a solicitous phone consultation that was very thorough. Even though we determined that I can't file right away due to a Life Estate issue on my family property, I know if my situation changes I will be contacting him immediately. I recommend him 100% for any Bankruptcy filing.

    "Very Satisfied"

I had 2 credit card debts that had been weighing on my mind for nearly 10 years.

I received a Summons for the first Debt several months ago. I did not have an attorney at that time, so I knew I needed to find one soon. I asked friends and family how to do this. I finally found Brant's Office through the internet. I set up an appointment, when I was told who I would be meeting with I checked his qualifications with Avvo and the State.

We met in his office. We contacted the first attorney and arrived at a settlement, by phone during that meeting.

The second summons arrived a couple of weeks ago. I mailed Brant a copy. We talked this week. He negotiated a settlement with the other party.

I am very satisfied with Brant's handling of these situations.

I am happy and would recommend Brant to my friends and family.

"Brant and Kris have changed my life and I am forever grateful."

Brant Hodyno and Kristopher Childers of Compassionate Counsel Legal Services have done a detailed and thorough job of helping me through a serious legal minefield. Without getting too specific about my personal situation, I want to encourage anyone needing personal or professional legal guidance and representation to contact them and share their story.

Sometimes the complexity of a situation, legal or otherwise, requires that you need to talk to a law professional who can dissect the problem at hand and give you the overall solution in bites that can be digested. Often times a legal problem has so many layers of nuance and detail that the strategy can only be laid as the research of the problem develops. The average person can dwell on a legal problem to the point of paralysis and still not know the answer. This can be devastating to your emotional well-being.

Part A of a comprehensive solution is explaining the law to you as a client. Advising you what you face, and how it can be dealt with in language you can understand, reviewing the alternatives and exploring the options, and doing the routine, tedious research to set a course that will guide you through troubled legal waters is a daunting task. You will know what you can expect with Compassionate Counsel.

Finding a professional law firm that can follow through and actually deliver on their promises and stay the course can be the Part B that often eludes us. When you are lucky enough to find legal representation who can do both, pay the retainer and let them go to work.

Legal problems need to STAY SOLVED. This can often be the tricky Part C. A good attorney will anticipate this "end game" and create a solution in advance that solves the problem AND keeps it solved. Without a three-part solution, you may find yourself fighting the same problem three years down the road.

Brant & Kris told me what my problem was; how they would battle it; what their strategy would be and what to expect in time, cost, and energy expended. I could not be happier with the results. They have changed my life and I am forever grateful. I would recommend Compassionate Counsel to anyone facing a legal challenge!

    "Thank You Brant"
There are many bankruptcy Attorneys in Arizona but few will take the time to make sure the client comes first. Brant is the exception. After much research and conversations with other Attorneys, no one came close to the care and concern showed to me as Mr. Hodyno did. I could not have asked for a better person to handle my case. He personally answers his phone and will answer your questions making sure you, the client feels at ease and in trusted hands. A true professional in every sense of the word. Thank you Brant for all your time and tireless work on my case.

    "Knowledgeable & helpful"
Brant was great. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was able to help me and explain everything to me in a language I could understand. I would definitely recommend Brant to anyone needing help with Credit repair. He was very patient and understanding of my situation.

    "Saved my home"

I had unfortunately hired another attorney that had made mistake after mistake and after 2 years in bankruptcy, I was about to lose my home. Called a website on a Friday night and left a recorded message. Brant called first thing the next day (Saturday) and was kind enough to look up my case and put my mind at ease w my home. Met him Monday and he immediately worked w the mortgage company, to clear up the stupid mistakes the other attorney had made! I was able to save my home and hired Brant to complete my bankruptcy bc I had been in bankruptcy for over 2 years!!

Brant was compassionate and listened to all my concerns, he returned all my phone calls and put my mind at ease. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone that needs a great atty.
