"Brant and Kris have changed my life and I am forever grateful."
Brant Hodyno and Kristopher Childers of Compassionate Counsel Legal Services have done a detailed and thorough job of helping me through a serious legal minefield. Without getting too specific about my personal situation, I want to encourage anyone needing personal or professional legal guidance and representation to contact them and share their story.
Sometimes the complexity of a situation, legal or otherwise, requires that you need to talk to a law professional who can dissect the problem at hand and give you the overall solution in bites that can be digested. Often times a legal problem has so many layers of nuance and detail that the strategy can only be laid as the research of the problem develops. The average person can dwell on a legal problem to the point of paralysis and still not know the answer. This can be devastating to your emotional well-being.
Part A of a comprehensive solution is explaining the law to you as a client. Advising you what you face, and how it can be dealt with in language you can understand, reviewing the alternatives and exploring the options, and doing the routine, tedious research to set a course that will guide you through troubled legal waters is a daunting task. You will know what you can expect with Compassionate Counsel.
Finding a professional law firm that can follow through and actually deliver on their promises and stay the course can be the Part B that often eludes us. When you are lucky enough to find legal representation who can do both, pay the retainer and let them go to work.
Legal problems need to STAY SOLVED. This can often be the tricky Part C. A good attorney will anticipate this "end game" and create a solution in advance that solves the problem AND keeps it solved. Without a three-part solution, you may find yourself fighting the same problem three years down the road.
Brant & Kris told me what my problem was; how they would battle it; what their strategy would be and what to expect in time, cost, and energy expended. I could not be happier with the results. They have changed my life and I am forever grateful. I would recommend Compassionate Counsel to anyone facing a legal challenge!

"I Would Recommend"Just a quick review to indicate how satisfied I was with Brant Hodyno's services. He is very knowledgeable, professional, informative, and sympathetic with your current situation. He offered appointments that worked with my schedule. He kept me informed every step of the way. There were no surprises.
The hardest thing about this whole process was pronouncing his last name.
I would, and have, recommended Brant to others.- Betty -

"Class Act"Brant was hired on by me as my bankruptcy lawyer. In the middle of my case, the company he was working with started to do unethical practices that Brant was not ok with. Brant ended up starting up his own firm, but I was stuck with the company he was working with before. When it came time for us to go to court, the firm was not prepared whatsoever for our case and they were lacking tons of info for my case. I was told by them not to contact Brant as he had no control of what was going on with my current case. After we went to court and they weren't prepared, I proceeded to fire them and let them just keep my money. I then reached back out to Brant he he picked up where the case was and shuffled appointments around on his schedule to accommodate our new court date. Brant showed up and was prepared to help us with our case. The case is now closed and it is due to all of the hard work that Brant did for us after the last firm messed everything up. I would recommend Brant for any services that he provides as he is all about his customer service and making sure that his clients are informed and educated through the whole process. He is a class act and takes every case that he works personally as if it were him. If you are ever in need of a great lawyer, just reach out to Brant and he will ensure that you are well taken care of! It was easy for me to give him a 5 star review as his service and communication are 2nd to none. You should have nothing but confidence when you hire Brant Hodyno!- Justin
