"Compassionate Counsel is an excellent name—it describes them to a "T""
When I met Kris Childers I was a complete financial and emotional disaster. I had just been served with four lawsuits in a matter of two weeks. I was working with another company trying to repay my debts. Kris was reviewing their cases and came upon mine and called me. I was not open to the idea of bankruptcy. We spoke at length, and he finally got through to me, convincing me this would be the only "sane" solution to the burden I was carrying.
His kind and gentle manner in handling my case made this so much easier. He went out of his way to pick up and drop off paperwork for me to review and sign. He answered all of my questions repeatedly. I just could not believe that heavy a financial burden could be eliminated. I can't thank Kris enough for talking sense into me. Compassionate Counsel is an excellent name for this company. It describes them to a "T", and I would not hesitate for a second to recommend their services to others who need financial help and counseling. Thank you, Kris and Brandt

"Very patient"Brant was very patient with all my questions and he let me make the decisions that were best for me even if he did not agree. In this day and age to have a lawyer who lets you make the decisions on what effects you is unheard of. I was very happy and came to him on recommendation from a lawyer for one of my creditors who had gone up against him in court and thought Brant was just who I needed and he was right.- Deana Stone

"I Would Recommend"Just a quick review to indicate how satisfied I was with Brant Hodyno's services. He is very knowledgeable, professional, informative, and sympathetic with your current situation. He offered appointments that worked with my schedule. He kept me informed every step of the way. There were no surprises.
The hardest thing about this whole process was pronouncing his last name.
I would, and have, recommended Brant to others.- Betty -

He was clearly extremely well-versed in the laws and statutes in Arizona regarding bankruptcy and I was immediately relieved of a massive amount of stress to have spoken with him. Highly recommended. Thanks, Brant!- Donell M.
